Tamilnadu State Government film awards for 2003 & 2004 were announced
|
 
The Tamilnadu State Government film awards for the years 2003 and 2004 were announced yesterday. For 2003, Vikram and Laila has choosen as best actor and actress for their performance in the film ‘Pithamagan’. Jeyam Ravi (M.Kumaran s/o Mahalakhsmi) and Jyothika (Peralagan) has won the best actor and actress award for the year 2004.
For 2003, Karu.Palaniappan won the best director award for the film
‘Pathiban Kanavu’ and Bharathiraja’s ‘Eera Nilam’ has choosen as best
film. Cheran’s ‘Autograph’ won the best film award for 2004 and he was
the best director. Harris Jeyaraj (Kakka Kakka) and Srikanth Deva
(M.Kumaran) was the best music director for the year 2003 and 2004
respectively.

Star cricket - Kollywood team wins
|
Kollywood team has won the Arokya cup against
Tollywood team. The match was held at MA Chidambaram Stadium yesterday.
Kollywood team was lead by Abbas and Tollywood team lead by Tarun.
Kollywood team bated first and score 246 runs. Opener Ramana has put a
brilliant century. But Tollywood team was made only 229 runs and Vishal
took 3 wickets.
Ramana won ‘Hero in Action’
and ‘Man of the match’ award and Vishal won best bowler of the match
award. Jaya Tv has showed the live telecast of the match.

Vadivelu’s ‘Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi’ shaping up well
|
Vidivelu is a hectic commedian in Kollywood
industry today, he is doing the hero role in the film ‘Imsai arasan
23am Pulikesi’. This film is to be produced by Director Shankar under
the banner of his ‘S’ Pictures.
Shooting
for the film was held at Prasad and AVM Studios. The second schedule
shooting is going on at Prasad studios for which the sets are being
created.
It is a full length comedy picture
and Vadivelu himself expecting the film eagerly and he is perfectly
satisfied with the way the film is shaping up.

Sneha filed a case against Nagaravi in Chennai High Court
|
Few days back many news were spread out about Sneha
that she loves an Industrialist named Nagaravi in Malaysia. Many
photographs showing both of them was published in Internet also.
Then news were spread out about Nagaravi that he attempts for suicide.
Both of them gives their side of story separately about their
relationship. Now sneha filed a case against him in High court, Chennai
and she is demanding a compensation of Rs.50 lakhs from him.
Sneha in her petition said, ‘Nagaravi tried to misbehave with me when I
was in Bangalore shooting, he released our photographs to media which
was taken during my sister’s marriage and he spreads out more false
news about me and he is trying to collapse my fame in Kollywood’. The
High Court admitted her petition and ordered Nagravi to file a counter.

Now the latest talk in Kollywood is only all about Ultimate star Ajith. In tamil industry all are murmuring about his great come back and his latest hit ‘Paramasivan’.
Ajith has met the reporters yesterday with his beloved wife Shalini. He
says, ‘I feel much happy with the great success of ‘Paramasivan’ and I
have put all my efforts to the film and I am happy to give what my fans
expect from me.
Right now I was much busy in my forthcoming movies ‘Godfather’, ‘Tirupati’.
After this I am going start my new project ‘Naan Kadavul’ with Director
Bala in the mid of March, I have to grow hair for ‘Naan Kadavul’.

Was Simbhu beaten up by roadside romeos?

Simbhu is now busy in his ‘Vallavan’ shooting. The shooting of ‘Vallavan’ is progressing well. Simbhu, Reema sen, Nayantara and Sandhya doing lead role in the film.
Now the latest talk about Simbhu is, Yesterday a popular Tamil magazine
was published a news about him that he was beaten up severely by
roadside romeos at Nandanam signal road on 26th January while he was
riding in his bike.
A man issued bad comments
on Simbhu, this made Simbhu tensed and he started beating the man,
hearing the quarel noise some local guys has came there and they hitted
Simbhu hardly.
